Up to four. The apartment in Mastershausen has two bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and one of them also has a futon.

When are check-in and check-out?

Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm, check-out by 10:30 am. Please let us know roughly when you will arrive.

Is there an EV charging station?

Yes, about 230 metres from the apartment there is an EV charging station (Type 2, up to 22 kW AC), accessible 24/7.

Are dogs or other pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed at Ferienwohnung Jessica.

Can children come along?

Yes, children aged four and over are welcome. There is no cot or extra bed.

Is smoking allowed in the apartment?

No, the apartment is non-smoking. You are welcome to smoke on the balcony, though.

Is there parking and Wi-Fi?

Yes. There are four free parking spaces for our guests right in front of the apartment, and Wi-Fi is free as well.

Is the apartment suitable for contractors and business trips?

Yes. Two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and the four parking spaces right in front of the apartment work well for work stays too. For longer periods, it is best to ask us directly.

How far is it to the Geierlay suspension bridge?

About 10 km, roughly 12 minutes by car to the car park at the visitor centre in Mörsdorf. Crossing the bridge is free; the car park charges a fee.

How much does a night cost?

Is there a right of withdrawal for the booking?

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare Workers, images in the Cloudflare R2 storage service), a service of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, requested address, referrer and browser identifier. This serves to deliver and secure the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not analyse this data. We have a data processing agreement with Cloudflare (Art. 28 GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply in addition.

4. Enquiry form and confirmation email

When you use the form, we process your arrival and departure dates, number of guests, name, email address and, if provided, phone number, purpose of stay and message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Mandatory fields are marked as such; without them we cannot reply.

The enquiry is sent to us, and the confirmation email to you, by Brevo GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany, as a processor (Art. 28 GDPR). Brevo processes the data on servers in the EU. The confirmation email only contains your travel details and no advertising.

We delete enquiries that do not lead to a booking no later than six months after the last contact. If a booking is made, we keep the documents for as long as statutory retention obligations require (in particular Section 147 of the German Fiscal Code).

5. Spam protection with Cloudflare Turnstile

To prevent the form from being misused for spam, the Cloudflare Turnstile service of Cloudflare, Inc. (address above) loads when you first click on a form field. Turnstile uses technical characteristics such as IP address, browser identifier and device properties to check whether a human is using the form. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a form free from misuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Data transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We also limit the number of enquiries per hour. To do so, we store a shortened hash of your IP address together with a counter. Both are deleted automatically after one hour at the latest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

If you do not want to use Turnstile, you can reach us by phone or email at any time.

6. Interactive map (OpenStreetMap)

In the “Getting here” section, we first show a location sketch we created ourselves, which works without connecting to third parties. Only when you click “Load interactive map” does your browser load map tiles from servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, St John’s Innovation Centre, Cowley Road, Cambridge, CB4 0WS, United Kingdom. Your IP address, browser identifier and the requested map position are transmitted. The legal basis is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). There is an adequacy decision of the European Commission for the United Kingdom. Your consent only applies to the current page visit; after reloading the page, the map only loads after another click. 7. Fonts

The fonts used on this website are stored on our own web space. No data is transmitted to font providers when they load.

8. Links to Booking.com and other sites

Links to Booking.com and OpenStreetMap are simple links. You only leave our website when you click on such a link; from then on, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies. We do not embed any widgets, pixels or content from Booking.com.

9. Contact by phone or email

If you call or write to us, we process your details in order to reply (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, otherwise point (f)). Section 4 applies accordingly to the storage period.
